Philanthropy

We recognize the importance of philanthropy and have partnered with California Community Foundation (CCF) to distribute a portion of all our fees to charitable organizations designated by our clients. We are committed to giving back to the community and because our clients are like-minded, we have established a Donor Account at the CCF to manage and distribute charitable donations in the name of our clients. Here’s how it works:

10% of fees generated by real estate transactions completed by KM are placed into the Donor Advised Fund.
Those funds attributed to a particular client transaction are distributed to the charity that the client designates.
The donation can be made to any qualifying charitable organization recognized by the California Community Foundation.
In addition to the foregoing, we will consider providing KM’s services to charitable organizations on a pro-bono basis. Please contact us for further details.
